Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before purchasing:

1. What’s Included

• One custom comedy video based on your submitted idea
• A personal shoutout mentioning you (or your @username) in the video
• Your name / @username featured in the Instagram caption
• The video will be posted on my main social media accounts (@yourusername)

2. Delivery Timeline

• Videos are typically completed and posted within 7–14 days after idea approval.
• During busy periods this may extend to 21 days. I’ll keep you updated.

3. Idea Submission & Approval

• DM me on instagram before purchasing to discuss the idea. This will be how we communicate that the video idea has the potential to be decent.
• I reserve the right to politely decline or suggest modifications to ideas that are:
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful
  • Illegal or promote dangerous behavior
  • Too vague to turn into a quality comedy sketch
• Once your idea is approved, I’ll proceed with production.

4. Revisions

• No revisions can be made once the video is finished. I promise to put my best effort into making it a good video. You will have to trust in my ability as a content creator.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

• I retain ownership of the final video and all rights to post and repurpose it on my channels.
• You receive personal usage rights and can share the video.
• I will tag you and give you full credit.

6. Posting & Promotion

• The video will be posted publicly on my social media accounts
• I cannot guarantee specific performance (likes, views, etc.) as results vary.

7. Refund Policy

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of this service.
• Refunds are only issued if I’m unable to deliver a video based on your approved idea.

8. Communication

• I’ll keep you updated throughout the process via Instagram DM or email.
• Please respond to messages within 48 hours to avoid delays.
